Long-term rental in Budapest’s 14th district, on Erzsébet királyné útja: a 45 m² apartment in like-new condition, featuring 1 full room (living room-kitchen-dining area) and 1 half-room (bedroom), with plenty of natural light and a balcony, along with a 16.19 m² parking space in the Condominium’s underground garage (-1st level) and a private, lockable storage unit (5.76 m²) on the ground floor.

The Apartment has a bathroom with a shower stall, and the toilet is located in a separate room. The Apartment is heated by central heating; the doors and windows are made of plastic, and the windows are equipped with blackout curtains and shutters. The Apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, a built-in rangehood, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. In addition to the built-in closet, the other movable furniture shown in the photos (bed, nightstand, dresser, shelf unit, dining table, coffee table, garden furniture on the balcony) are also part of the rental, so the Apartment is essentially fully furnished and ready to move into immediately. You won’t have to look for street parking anymore, as a great parking space is provided in the underground garage, and you can even rent an extra parking space in the courtyard from the Condominium for a second car!

Nurseries, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, a shopping center, a market, and the M3 highway are all within easy reach, and it’s also an ideal choice in terms of public transportation: Mexikói út – M1 metro, tram lines (3, 62, 62A, 69), and bus lines (3, 32, 5, 69, 973, 973A) are all within walking distance.

The total monthly rent for the Properties (Apartment + Parking Space + Storage) is HUF 350,000. This does not include the monthly flat-rate utility fee of HUF 50,000 payable to the Landlord (which covers the Condominium’s common costs, utility charges, and the fee for the already-purchased home insurance). The flat-rate utility fee shall be reviewed by the Parties every six months based on the actual monthly water, gas, and electricity consumption to be reported to the Landlord.

The Properties are primarily available for rent as a package; therefore, we are looking for tenants who will rent the Apartment, Parking Space, and Storage together and sign a fixed-term lease agreement for at least 1 year.

Auch müssen Sie keinen Parkplatz mehr auf der Straße suchen, da ein hervorragender Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung steht; für ein zweites Auto kann sogar ein Stellplatz im Innenhof der Wohnanlage angemietet werden!

Die Immobilien können in erster Linie als Gesamtpaket gemietet werden; daher suchen wir Mieter, die die Wohnung, den Parkplatz und den Abstellraum gemeinsam mieten und einen befristeten Mietvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von mindestens 1 Jahr.
